Day 230 – Breaking Down The Anger Character Even Further, SF

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to relate to the energy of frustration and annoyance as if it is me within the point that I am defining myself as ‘frustrated and annoyed’ in relationship to an external point in my world that triggered these reactions.  Within this, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am the energy reaction of annoyance and frustration to and towards external points in my reality.  Within this, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to record events where I have reacted in frustration and annoyance as memories within and as my mind in and as my physical body.  Within this, I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to see, realize, and understand that these memories of events that triggered the reactions of frustration and annoyance within and as me will be the foundation for future events that are either similar or the same to activate the energies of frustration and annoyance once again because when events match the picture presentation of memories that exist within and as my mind / my physical body of past events, they activate all the energies that I have stored as memories that I have associated with these types of events, and because I have formed a relationship of annoyance and frustration with the external event within my believing and defining myself to be annoyed and frustrated with these types of events – the energy of frustration and annoyance rushes forth to possess me in an instant where I have very little directive will in these moments.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am the energy of frustration and annoyance.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to relate to the energy reaction of frustration and annoyance as if it is me within the point of defining myself as frustrated and annoyed in relationship to a specific point within and as my external world / reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that reacting in frustration or annoyance serves any purpose, is appropriate, or justified for any reason whatsoever.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that when events occur out of the ordinary, or outside of my expectations, or outside of what I imagined was possible, or outside of something that is convenient, or in a way that is adverse to me, or in a way that prohibits me from being able to experience reality in the way that I want to within and as my own self-interest – deserve and justify my reaction in frustration and annoyance to it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am energy, that I am an energy reaction, that the energy of the reaction is me and is my true self-expression.  Thus, within this, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that if I do not react in the energy of frustration and annoyance that somehow I am muting or suppressing my self-expression as energy.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I cannot contain the energy of frustration and annoyance that activates once something violates my expectations, needs, wants, and desires.

To be continued…
