in-fact self, and that within that everything that I fear is actually
self – and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed
myself to fear myself.
I forgive myself that I've not allowed
myself to see, realize, and understand that fear is made-up within
and as my mind and does not exist separate from my mind.

realizing myself as all as one as equal, as who I am.
I realize that fear is a program of the
mind.
I realize that fear is self-created.
I realize that fear is not real unless
I give it life by giving up my 'life' as all as one as equal.
And thus, I commit myself to stand up
within and as my fear when it comes up, and embracing the fear as me,
not suppressing the fear within the point of denial that it exists,
but embracing it as who I am in that moment; and then breathing and
stopping the fear/the patterns of fear of the mind as I experience
them and standing up as life, of no fear.
