So,
whether one realize it or not, one is in-fact one and equal with all
existence, as self, and either directing self, as
all of existence,
within this awareness or not. Being
'one and equal' is not a concept to be understood; it is, rather, a
physical fact to be realized.
So,
therefore because one is in-fact 'equal
and one with all existence'
then everything that exists is self, and
of self.
So then naturally, the way in which one directs oneself will
manifest an outflow of consequence as represented by existence as it
has come to be. The current manifestation of this existence, where
most suffer at some level, is so because of what we, as one, have
been accepting and allowing within ourselves, as
all of existence.
Everything
that I judge, that I react to, that I have an 'opinion about', all
the internal conversations that I have in my mind, the pictures in my
mind, the memories, the personalities that I have formed, everything
thing that is of the mind, that exists within and as my mind, is not
actually real outside of my mind, and therefore participating in
these things separates me from all that is 'here'. Within the
realization that 'all is one and equal', when I go into thoughts,
feelings, and emotions towards my reality and beings within my
reality, I am separating myself from these
beings and all
existence, as me, within
my mind.
This
act of 'separation' has the manifested consequence of this reality as
it is exits now, and the beings as they exist within it now.
Therefore
when I get angry at someone, for instance, the reaction in anger
towards that being is of the mind and the result of me separating
myself from that being, as self, by
going into my
mind, instead
of remaining 'here' as the breath, in
equality and oneness.
So, within the realization of 'all as one as equal', having a
reaction of 'anger' is really about myself and what it is that the
being is showing me about myself, and
what it
is that I may be suppressing within self,
and has nothing to do with the other being because the other being is
in-fact, self and
a reflection of self and what it is that I have in-fact accepted and
allowed within myself.
To
breathe, and be 'here' as 'all as one as equal, as self' is to
'ground' oneself and remain 'here' as the totality of all existence
when one is faced with the mind being energized with thoughts,
feelings, and emotions because of reactions to beings and things in
one's 'world'. To direct oneself within the realization of 'all as
one as equal, as self', one makes the choice to remain 'here, as all
as one as equal as self, in the breath, as the physical' instead of
going into the energetic experience of the mind, in separation.
Because
there is in-fact no separation that exists outside of the mind. It
is the mind that defines, categorizes, and judges things. Nothing
exists naturally within definitions and judgments, etc, and all that
exists is in-fact equal and one within the fact that all is of the
same thing, substance which is of life. So, when one stops one's
mind, one stops
the illusion of separation, and walks
into this realization of
'all as one as equal', because
through stopping the mind, one can see that nothing in-fact exists in
separation, that the separation that apparently exists is all an
illusion of the mind.
So,
therefore when I am participating in the mind, I
am in-fact participating in the illusion of separation, and because
separation does not in-fact exist, I am manifesting, and still
responsible, for everything in existence as it exists now. What it
exists now, is in-fact showing me what it is that I have accepted and
allowed within self.
To
live within and as the realization of 'all is one as equal as the
totality of all existence, which is the physical, as me, within and
as the breath, of life' is to live this realization that all is
in-fact self, and to therefore look within self for the answers to
why in-fact every being, every thing, every reaction within self,
actually exists as it is, because it is within self where the
'answers
are',
and where self-responsibility begins, and
from which everything originates.
